These flip flops are defective, do not buy. If there were the option, I would give these zero stars. My husband loves Flojos flip flops and ordered three different Flojos types from Zappos. After only a few times wearing this particular pair of Flojos (the bottoms looked so new you could barely tell that he wore them at all), the outside covering material started to fall off in large pieces revealing the underneath white material. The outside covering material that fell off is thinner than tissue paper. It fell off all over the flip flops, even on top of the thong part where his foot did not rub or touch. He has not had a problem like this with any other types of Flojos flip flops which he has worn for years. This is a definite manufacturing defect on this flip flop, not a Zappos problem. Zappos, of course, refunded me fully without a problem with their usual outstanding customer service (why would anyone buy their shoes anywhere but at Zappos?).
