Have owned the red Lola bag for 3 months. Red color has rubbed off the bottom corners of the bag. Am sending bag to Hobo for repair/replacement. Love the
bag's style & general quality but disappointed by lack of color durability.

I was looking for a simple but elegant small purse and this is it! This bag is beautiful and really well made. It is pretty slim, but surprisingly roomy. It can fit my basics - wallet, phone,
sunglasses, music player, lip balm - with plenty of room to spare. My only complaint about this bag is that it could use a couple more interior pockets, especially one for a cell phone. There is one zippered pocket and one pocket without a zipper. Overall, I think this bag is well worth the money because I will have it for years.

Started out great, ending up disappointing. I thought I would love it, and it looked great. Inside is lined in red, so it's really a fabulous combination. Just a few months after receiving the purse, the bottom started 'wearing' out and looks as if it is years old. so embarrassing. Ick.

For such a long time I'd been searching for a satchel that was not too thick in the gusset. I finally found it in this beautiful animal print Lola bag! It has just enough, but not too many pockets. I also love the key holder, strap length (can be carried in-hand or over the shoulder) and the color choices. I may get the eggplant later. How about making it in navy?

This is truly the perfect "little black bag." Well I got mine in black anyway. I am considering also getting this color now. It is just the right size to fit essentials, while still showing off your hour-glass figure, or at least revealing that you do in fact have a waist. Larger
bags hide a woman's figure when on her arm, but not this bag. And the leather is very good quality, as is the zipper. The thing I found the most surprisingly delightful about this bag is that the key holder is a hook, so while the keys will stay put unless you turn your bag upside down, they are quick to get out when you're ready to use them. That is a big step up from the clip key holders you have to squeeze to release, or I
guess leave toggled to your bag while you try to hold the whole thing up to unlock something. A lot of thought went into making this bag, and it shows in every detail. The bag sits on the shoulder differently depending on how you face it. On mine the bag stays on my shoulder great if I face the stitch side out, but needs to be held up if I face the smooth side out. I don't consider that a flaw, though you might.

Premium quality leather, classic design that will be in style maybe forever and a just right size. But it didn't work for me because the double rolled straps kept sliding off my shoulders. I have narrow shoulders and a size 2 minus there, so that's my issue and not the
handbag's. Love
Hobo International bags but I've learned I need to stick with the designs that use flat straps. For that reason, I ordered a Hobo bag in another style of similar size from Zappos and I'm looking forward to its arrival in a day or two. Can't beat Zappos service.

I needed a leather purse with fewer zipper closers, attractive enough to use almost anywhere. This purse seems to fill my needs.

Love this bag. Color could be a shade darker of red for me, but otherwise the perfect shape and size. I am 5'10" and it hangs perfectly from my shoulder without being too wide to be comfortable. FYI, the straps are always straight up, unlike one of the pictures that show the straps falling over to the side. It only has one zipper pocket inside and one flat open pocket beneath. It would be nice to have a dedicated cell phone pocket. My first Hobo, but not my last!
