I returned this foundation because once it was applied to my face, it looked like it coagulated into small spots instead of even coverage. I would try to smooth it out and it only made it worse. The foundation would move around like grease on glass and look ten times worse. I tried several different application methods (sponge, brush, fingers, and cotton pad) but it was always the same result. I tried with and without a foundation primer. And I tried it with several different moisturizers that I use. No difference. My conclusion is that the foundation has some weird polymer or wax in it to make it "all-day" and this stuff makes it clump up on the skin.
The colors offered: I got generous samples of the colors from a Sephora retail store. (Bare, Light, Fair and Medium) All but the "Bare" are very, very yellow in tint. Bare seemed to be the most neutral, but it was so light that I looked like I put on white powder. I'm very fair skinned with lots of red undertones and yellow foundations DO NOT minimize redness (as
Stila claims). Instead it looks like I put yellow foundation on. And no matter how much blending I did at the jaw line, there was a noticeable difference between where the foundation was and where it wasn't.
