Nice boots, given as a gift, did not send size ordered, but worked around it.

This was the 3rd time I ordered these boots, the previous 2 times the boots had a defect where the metal eye lids that the bootlace goes through was not crimped properly and that would cause the laces to get snagged and tear. I emailed Zappos after ordering from them and ask them to check the boots for damage prior to shipping them, and I received an email about 10 minutes after I sent my email out. The lady who emailed me said that she would definitely have them checked for defect. Then the boots were shipped the same day I ordered them. I received the boots in under a week and they were perfect and they were the correct size...from here on out, all footwear I buy will be from zappos.com.

I bought these for my husband and once he put them on he didn't want to take them off. He's a 12W and it's not easy to find him shoes but these fit him perfectly.

The classic 6 inch boot, my third pair in as many decades. Nothing more to say other than "it's awesome. Ordered them as a outdoor boot for Switzerland, walking the dogs, hiking through the woods with the kids, etc. Still comfortable, still waterproof, still awesome. As for my shopping experience, I had to contact customer service due to some system hiccups in the order process and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, everything was resolved, and my expectations were exceeded by far. I wish you guys would ship to Switzerland, so I don't have to time my purchases with visits to the US!

The shoes are great. I had originally bought the wrong size. I returned them with no problem and got the right size within the week. I buy all my shoes from Zappos. They are they best!
