It seemed that the heels were both higher on the outside than on the inside, causing a lop sided walk, which caused significant backache after only a few hours in the shoes. I did not have them long.

Great casual shoe - Very comfortable. Good moderate heel height. Some of the espadrilles now are ridiculously high. Great cushioning. My feet are fairly narrow, especially the heels, and these fit perfectly--size 39, and I wear an 8.5M or a 9AA. I would say these are not a good shoe if you have a wide foot.

Eric Michael's Jara - Very comfortable espadrilles. I wear a size 8 and ordered a 39, it fits perfectly. The leather in the front doesn't rub wrong in the toes; the stitches along the edges don't hurt your toes, it’s a soft thread. I can walk on them all day without a problem. The leather upper sole is great for comfort and won't rub the bottom of your feet in the hard way a synthetic one can do, and helps to keep your feet from sliding. The shoe is well sewn all around and the height of the heel makes them really comfortable. They have a nice casual look.

Not good for size 12. Don't get these in the 11-12 size if you are a size 12. It ran very small and my toes were hanging over the edge. It really disappointed me, because the shoes were very attractive on the rest of my foot and not too wide like a lot of large size shoes can be.

Cute comfort - I purchased the tan ones to replace similar shoes from last summer. After wearing them for one day...I ordered the black one. These shoes have height, cuteness and the comfort. Perfect summer shoe.

Great pair of sandals - These shoes are true to size and are VERY comfortable. I already own a pair and was happy to find them again in white. Comfortable enough to wear all day.
