These were just what I wanted, comfortable shoe that would look good with nice pants. The patent leather dresses these up just the right amount to keep them from being overly casual. As others have mentioned, the size does seem to run a bit narrow. I have a wide toe box, so ordered in the Wide size. Usually, wides end up being too large at my narrow heels. These, however, are quite snug. They weren't so small I had to return, and they were wide enough at my toes to keep me happy, but they do seem to run narrow. This is mediated by the elastic stretch across the top, and putting the shoes on is really easy because of the zipper (function and style -- cool!). Overall, I'm very happy and will definitely look for more Ros Hommerson shoes in the future.

Ordered 10 medium width which fits my narrow to medium-width foot. Definitely would need to wear socks because of the rubbing at the top. Wearing them with socks on makes them fit too tight The picture makes them look nice, but in person the patent toe makes them resemble clown shoes, so I wish the toe was in smooth leather and would consider reordering them in a larger size, probably 10.5.

I loved the look of these shoes. They would have been perfect except that the heel was just too large. I tried them with my orthotics, but they didn't help the heel. I wore them around the house and bought different socks to try to make them work. In the end, they went back.

Love the shoe, narrower than a typical medium shoe. Were true to size. I get lots of compliments. I am a size 11 and my foot does not feel huge.

I love the comfort of these Spring Steps, I purchased them for the "look", the level of comfort is a huge bonus.

Love the look of these boots. The color is a true red, sure to pop a little and look great w/all the neutrals that make up my wardrobe. However, I am sending them back for a size larger. I wear 9.5-10 and so bought the 41, as suggested in the description. However, they are too short and feel too narrow. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the 42 fits!!!

I wear 9 s or 9/1/2, and these ran small. I bought the 9/1/2 and they work well. I get lots of compliments!
