Extremely comfy and warm. Bought them for trips to Tahoe and Mammoth. I don't know how water-proof they are because I put water proofing on them before my first use. I did have to send one pair back because the sole was coming off out of the box. They are a bit wide for my narrow feet but that just makes them comfier.
