Most uncomfortable shoe I ever had on my foot! Did not appear to be the correct size. Thats the end of Munro for me!

Love the Tori! I have had an extremely difficult foot to fit since childhood. At that time I wore a AAAA width. With age, I now wear a 6.5 - 7 N and have a raised arch on my left foot due to a broken toe years ago. I cannot begin to tell you how many large boxes of shoes that I order from Zappos at one time in order to find just 1 shoe that might fit my feet. This shoe gave me the support I so desperately need along with no slippage on my heels. I will be ordering the white/greige for spring.

Love these shoes. They fit like a glove and are so very comfortable. Sure can walk in these and they're pretty elegant looking too. Worth the money!

I wear orthotics, so the toe box of 6 W is a bit too tight. But it's too loose at the heels if I switch to 6.5 W. So I guess I'm between sizes. It's not easy to find shoes that fit well with orthotics, therefore I'll keep the pair of size 6W. Maybe I will trim my orthotics so the toe box fits better.

I purchased these shoes because of the reviews and agree these are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have orthotics that fit well in the heel bed. I truly love these shoes and prefer to wear them even over my tennis shoes and slippers. I would by this brand again, but not this style. Unfortunately in less than 3 months, the shoes look like trash. Wherever they crease or at pressure points, the metallic finish has flaked off and they look like I have had them for years. The sole still has all the ridges to look new but the shoes are about to be the most expensive garden shoes ever...but then again, they will be comfy garden shoes.

I have plantar fascitis, high arch, and narrow feet. The arch on this shoe was not supportive enough for me. I usually wear size 8.5 narrow - this shoe fits short for longer toes, and longer at heel end.Awkward feeling and looking. Although you can tighten the straps, the bed of the shoe is still wide and shoe looks clunky on my narrow feet. Really wanted these to work, but, alas, they didn't.

I have two pairs of the Madrid...the onyx and the silver. Onyx is good all around color with denim, black, gray, even khaki. I wear silver when I want to jazz it up a bit. I love them. Very comfortable. Nice casual sandal that looks much more feminine that the usual Birkenstock, kind of retro like the Dr. Scholl's exercise sandal from the '70s. Runs a bit large, had to size down from usual 39 to a 38.

Sleek and comfy! Runs big - First, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered (duh!) because these do run a size too big. I always wear a 7.5 wide or even an 8 wide, and the 38 was way too big. The 37 is a great fit, with room for my feet and toes spread out a little. And, I've received a lot of compliments on these already. Several people have said, "THOSE are Birkenstocks?" The black patent really spiffs them up.

Great looking sandal! My first pair of Birkenstocks = always wanted the comfort but did not like the traditional Birkenstock sandal look. These are adorable - very cute and trendy! I am working on getting used to them but I am VERY happy with them already. I don't usually take a narrow shoe but my foot definitely fit better in the narrow AND I had to order a 1/2 size smaller than I usually take.

These Birks are exactly what they look like on the website, or actually better looking in person. They fit nicely and are so comfortable and makes your feet look nice at the same time. I am very happy with them and the colors are amazing!
