I read the reviews above and people were saying that they run small. So I ordered a size larger (I am 6½) but then when they arrived they turned out to be way too large. So I returned them and get a 7, but sadly they are still too loose! Now again, I have to return them and get a 6½ luckily they still have one in stock. But these shoes do fit true to size.

Really cute with jeans. Sizes run small, I normally wear a 7.5 and ordered the 8.5, as that was the smallest size they had and they fit great. Very comfortable.

Adorable and comfortable shoe (once I got my foot inside). At least a size too small. I understand that the suede/leather will relax over time, but it was difficult to get shoe on. Will be returning for larger size.

These are cute shoes style wise but the pair I am returning felt like the left and right were cut from the same form. I honestly could not figure out which foot to put what shoe on! Looking at the soles, they were both basically the same (as far as left/right goes) and neither shoe felt comfortable on either foot. But they were cute. Just weird fit.

These shoes are super cute and comfy. I need arch support for plantar fasciitus and these have it. I bought the pewter color and liked them so much I went back and purchased the smog ones too! I wear a 7.5. I bought a 7.5, and the 7.5 fit perfectly.

Very comfortable and stylish shoe. I'm a trainer and stand for hours at a time - this shoe has plenty of cushioning under the sole and the thicker heel means I'm not at risk of going over on my ankle. The patent is super shiny which makes it less dowdy.

I love these shoes! Very comfortable, heel is a perfect height, looks good with a skirt, long pants, or cropped ankle pants. Okay, so maybe they are not the hippest possible shoe in the whole world. I'm okay with that. But they don't look like "old lady" shoes. These are great if you want to look professional and polished, but also don't want to be hobbling at the end of the day. I got them in pewter, thinking of just going ahead and ordering another pair in black patent.

I've been a flight attendant for 27 years, and I can honestly say these are the most comfortable heels I have ever bought for work! They are amazing right out of the box! Almost tempted to buy another pair just in case they discontinue them...Love, love, love them!

These shoes are beautiful but I think they seemed a bit short. They look well made and were very comfortable minus being a bit short for me. They have to go back because of sizing and they don't offer an 11.5. My loss. Zappos is fabulous!

I really wanted to like these - cute styling and dressy enough for work. But after wearing them (on carpet), I knew I had to return them. The top of the toe box put undue pressure on both big toes as if the shoe was a half size too small. The heel slipped a bit so I knew that the next size up would be too big. Guess I'll have to keep searching for a dress shoe with a medium heel that is comfortable for a job that entails a lot of walking. Back to searching Zappos!

Wish the fit was better. I have a somewhat narrow heal but generally the average B width works for me. The heal pocket on these shoes seems shallow, and the sole is perhaps not as flexible as you would expect, especially for a shoe at this price point. The result: big time heal slippage. A pair of Dr Sholls ball of foot inserts and heal slip guards later and they fit fairly well. Love, love the look, and the heal height is great - just wish the fit was better. I won't purchase again. Bummer.

The color (smog-metallic brush off) is a bit duller in person. The shoe felt bulky and shapeless and the tip a bit wide for my narrow feet, a little too old looking for me. Heel felt comfortable and solid. I returned them.
