I use this Cuisinart in a small commercial cafe that serves lunch. It's a great piece of equipment. I am so impressed with it that I purchased one for my home. I am replacing my current Cuisinart that is over thirty years old! My only mild complaint - it takes additional time to clean. Small price to pay for the excellent quality.

Food gets under gasket, takes forever for it to get out. Also water and food gets in holes on top and is impossible to sanitize. I work with food and serving the public. Serve safe certified people would have a field day with this machine. Poor design. I did love the power and the quietness of the machine. Just need to re-design cover and gasket.
