Very cute shoes, not a ton of support but still not bad. I read the reviews and if you go between 2 sizes, pick the smaller one for these.

Sharp looking shoe. It's a metallic midnight blue. Thought the heel might be too high for me but it's perfect and comfortable. Zappos delivery is amazingly fast!

Comfortable to wear, my feet are a little wider and these heels fit my feet perfectly. They're a little high which is slightly uncomfortable for my ankles, but I also don't wear heels often so I'm not used to height.

These fit well, and were pretty comfortable for the heel height (I normally don't wear very high heels). They do appear a little more metallic blue-black in person in some lights than on screen, but overall it is a nice basic black heel that will work well with jeans dresses, and nice black pants.

Love the color of these shoes and the website picture is pretty accurate. However, the shoe is very narrow! I considered ordering a 1/2 sizer larger, but I can tell the shoe will then be too large in the back at my heel. Returning and looking for a different nude or taupe shoe.

Really like this shoe -- wanted it in black, but not available in my size, so I tried the brown and ended up keeping it anyway. I ordered a half size larger due to the reviews, and that fits very well. They are very soft and comfy, feel like pillows for my feet. I can feel the seam on the insole through thin socks, but probably not enough to be an issue, and can't feel it with medium-thickness socks. The brown leather is more 'distressed' than the picture, which I'm not crazy about, but planning on using a leather conditioning product which will probably darken and even things out a shade.

I was replacing similar Borns which have been my favorite jeans shoe for many years. I was so excited that they were almost identical to my favorite. I had read reviews saying size up, but half a size was not enough, so I am returning them to try again. Zappos makes that so easy!

I love Born products, however every single pair until today were true to size. This one runs true to width however the length is 1/2 size short. I am a true size 9. Tough to get on but once on it was obvious that these were not true to size like the other Born's I have. Bass, Clark, Steven, naturalizer, DC and more I always order and wear a 9. I am on my feet all day, and wear light socks. But even without the socks, still to small. Order up a 1/2 size if you are not on the smaller side of your size. They will be much more comfortable. Back these go.

Based on the other review, I ordered a 1/2 size up and I'm glad I did. I didn't find them to be too short but they run very narrow in the heel/shoe opening (I definitely do not have wide feet or thick ankles). Weirdly, there was plenty of room in the toebox. The half size up seems to be big enough to wear comfortably. The shoes are otherwise great and have the quality you'd expect from Born so if you have the right feet for the fit, I'd recommend them.

Hated these. Stiff, tight, and the color was way more orange than they they look online. Usually LOVE my Zappos purchases, but these were a bomb.
