This Max-support is almost identical to the total-support. The only difference is you get more wiggle room in your toe area than the max. With the max it's a little less room to move your foot around. Both are outstanding and I recommend highly. Either one will bring you thousands of pain free miles.

I have flat feet and these support my arches wonderfully for
running, walking, and
hiking. For those who need
arch support and motion control, these are perfect. A+++
