I exchanged a BMJ390 juicer.Because of the cheap plastic fastener holders. Plus if the pulp container lid is not exactly in place, it will spray onto the wall in back of the machine while you're extracting juice! I exchanged it for J1000 pulp juicer because looking at the picture you see stainless steel bowl & inner stainless steel basket. The inner stainless bowl is where the pulp collects. Just how do you get the pulp out? Gorilla from manila! Scoop it out with a ice cream scooper! Or just scoop it out with your hands! Beats the hell out my peapod brain why someone would want to buy this! Why a designer decided it would be efficient. I donated this to a local charity! Didn't give up! Repurchased another Omega juicer. Juicing is a very healthy way of life, but you need to be careful of what type of machine you're buying. The quality of the machine is of the utmost importance!
