These shoes are awesome, they are soft and flexible. I have wide feet and they are very comfortable.

I normally wear an 8.5, but Zappos was out of that size so I purchased the 8 instead. The shoe was a little tight in the toe (as I expected), but the leather stretched out enough to where I can even fit in a thin orthotic! (I still advise getting your true size, though.) The shoe is very flexible, leather super soft (no "break in" required), but not too much structure to the sole (reason for the orthotic). Overall, a great buy, and great to walk a lot in! Highly recommended!

This is my third pair of
Puma flats, and I really love the somewhat dressier styling of these. I got them in misted yellow, which is a lovely, sunny, not too blindingly bright shade. I first ordered my regular size 8 (which is the same size as my other two pairs of
Pumas) and had to exchange them for the 8.5, so I'd say these run a bit small. Specifically, the toebox seems a little short for my long toes (in the 8 I could see the outline of my big toe clearly through the soft leather). I could probably even go to a 9 if I weren't concerned about the width, which I have never had to do with any brand. All that said, the cushioning inside is fantastic and comfy, and the elastic doesn't chafe my heels at all. No break-in period needed with these. I am happy with my purchase!

Good looking shoe and perfect to run around town. Its not the best shoe if you have to walk long distances or do a lot of quick walking through an airport. The is no
arch support or much support on bottom or sole of shoe at all. So perfect for
running errands or out to lunch with friends etc.

You need to be aware that the Chrysanthemum Red is more strawberry in color, very light, almost a dark pink. This is one of the reasons I returned them as the color did not seem to be for Fall/Winter wear. Second reason is the price. Yes, they are very comfortable, but goodness, the price seems awfully steep for ballet slipper. I returned these shoes.

I ordered these in black and they were way too small. :( Then I ordered them in purple and after wearing them for 2 days it looks like I got them 4 years ago! I was very disappointed!
