I really really really wanted to love this bag. And I did. The size was perfect (looking for something for work that could accommodate my laptop (15 in) and assorted other items (notebook, wallet, Kindle, makeup bag, extra cords). The shape was ideal. The material was a good quality. I loved the color (I've been looking for a mustard yellow bag for.ever.). At the end of the day, there were only only 2 reasons that I sent it back: 1) The gold hardware just wasn't for me. and 2) The shoulder strap was too narrow (I'd be using the bag while traveling and worried about it digging into my shoulder). Boo, because I really wanted to love this bag!

I ordered this bag and blue and it's even more amazing in person. I havent actually put it to use yet as it will be my spring bag, but it has already impressed me with its size and quality. I'm using it for my school books which I'm sure will fit in it perfectly!

I bought this bag in the Taupe color and I love it! I was worried that the leather was too shiny and that the gold hardware was going to look tacky, but it does not! It is super comfortable to wear, both of the different strap options fit nicely on your shoulder, and there is lots of room in the bag to have everything you need. They upgraded my order to next day shipping and I got it the next day around noon. Now I am hooked on Zappos' website!

I got this bag in the turquoise color. At first I loved it! Then, I started to notice little tears along the bottom on the bag. The outside material is too soft which allows for small tears to show the white material underneath. I once loved this bag, but now I'm disappointed.

When I first got this bag, I thought it was absolutely adorable. However, it was heavy (even before I put anything in it), and it was extremely impractical to carry around the city. It fit everything I needed for grad school classes (laptop, notebooks, etc.) but felt extremely weighed down and was very uncomfortable on my shoulder. I had to return it just because the pain just wasn't worth it.
