Love these shoes! They fit like a glove, and are absolutely weightless - yet my feet still feel supported.

I don't know enough about dance shoes to give a full review, but, in my opinion these are meant to be worn w/out socks. And manufacture states they run a full size small. I suggest ordering a full size larger than your true shoe size not your typical shoe size. For example, I am a true size 6, however most shoes I buy a 6.5; all running shoes and work-out shoes I buy a 7. I bought these in a 7.5 and they were too big. So, I recommend buying these in the same size you would buy running shoes. (For example, if you wear a 6.5 and typically wear 7 running shoes and buy a 7 in these). These are very flexible, very comfortable. However, I am returning my 7.5 white for a 7 in black.

First thing, wow! Next day shipping via UPS on a holiday weekend. You guys are pretty freakin' awesome! Secondly, thank you for bearing with me while I found the right shoe in the right size. Reviewers were saying size up by half, size up by whole, some said size up by 2 sizes, very confusing and no one has this shoe in stock to try on! My street size fits fine - and I even had enough room to place a thin gel insole inside. The leather will stretch slightly and mold to your foot. Designed to be worn barefoot or with thin liners (not athletic socks). Will be worn for various dance/exercise classes where there is a need for slide and spin.

I paid a little more to get the free there and back shipping in case they didn't fit. I wear an 8W or 8 1/2, so I followed advice and ordered size 9. They fit great. I needed arch support for Taekwondo, and they are working great. (I've developed plantar fasciitis and can't go barefoot anymore.) Just slightly slippery on concrete, but almost perfect: good pivoting ability. Best shoes for what I needed. The other martial artists were jealous.

I wear a size 10 street shoe and ordered these in an 11 and they fit perfectly. The leather is soft and conforming, just as I'd hoped. I am a ballroom dancer and somewhat tall, so I like having flat practice shoes for classes. I need to put a small insert in the shoe for extra arch support, but I need to do that in almost all shoes. I especially like the fact that they are sleek and not clunky like some other dance sneakers. Very useful shoes.

I've used this shoe for Zumba and Salsa dancing. It's a tad slippery for Zumba, but its manageable once you get a grip on where the sole sticks and slides. It's much less bulky than other dance sneakers which is good for fast moves; however, you compromise cushioning and support. It's a perfect practice shoe for ballroom dancing/Latin etc.. Buy a full size up. I have a narrow foot and would say that narrow to regular width feet will do well with this shoe.

I love this shoe. I wear a 7.5 and the 8.5 fits perfectly with a thin sock.

I do Taekwondo and need shoes for support. I bought these 1 full size larger than I usually wear based on the reviews and found they were way too big. They also don't have enough support for what I need. They are nice shoes though and looked like very good quality.

I can tell these would be super comfortable if they fit me. They run really narrow. My foot is not narrow but it's not wide (e.g. that is, I don't have to buy shoes in a wide, but some brands are too narrow for me). I think those of you have long narrow feet will love this shoe. It's very flexible and soft but seems well-made. And, honestly, it's better-looking in person. I gave it 5 stars for comfort because I can tell it just doesn't fit me but would be super-comfortable if it did.

These may be dancing shoes made a company that specializes in protecting dancer's feet but I am no dancer. I am a "body builder" and personal trainer and spend most of my time on my feet in the gym. There are no other shoes I'd rather wear to lift than these. I can wear them all day. They are perfect. Try and order 1 to 1 1/2 sizes larger than your true size.
