They claim that this hat will immediately pop back to it's intended shape if it gets schmooshed in packing etc. This could not be farther from the truth. It came to me schmooshed and never popped back. I had to go on the website to get the exact intended shape and mold it by hand. Not terribly thrilled by this hat, and I have many hats and tend to be able to wear all types and styles of hats. Its not that it looks bad, it just doesn't do the "indy" look justice and looks mis-formed. Thinking of returning it.
