Oh my heavens!! I wasnt sure if these would be comfortable and supportive. Wow! I am in heavianna! I am now ordering my second pair, I ordered the bright lemon yellow ones yesterday. Got them in today, ( thank you vip!) These are my official 2012 summer staples. The comfort factor is shocking.

I bought these as an alternative to flip-flops. They are super cute and comfortable. They were just the slightest bit small when I got them but stretched out after a couple of weeks of wear. I get compliments on them all the time.

I love the style of these shoes but unfortunately I have to return them because they really hurt my feet. The bottom part is as wonderful as that Havaianas flip-flops are, and the material is fine, the shoe was wide enough, but the stitching or perhaps just the seam (?) around the top part of the shoe rubbed badly on the top of my feet and my heels. I wore them around the house for about 30 minutes and already have red marks on my feet that I know would have become blisters if I would have continued to wear them. I'm so sad because the rest of the shoe is perfect - super comfortable and the style is so great...you could even use these for house slippers if you wanted...but the to part is just awful, so I'm returning them.

Amazing! The most comfortable shoes I ever had. Flip flops with toe coverage! Love!

Love the look and comfort of espadrilles, and these non-rope soles means they can get a little wet and not disintegrate. One issue: stitching at the edge on the back of the shoe digs into my heel but now that they've stretched out a bit, it's not a big problem. cute and casual, great for summer.

These shoes are awesome. The inside of the sole is made of the same material as the Havaiana flip-flops, which makes it easy to wash them. Even after long days my shoes don't stink! I love them and I'm getting another pair!

I knew there would be no arch support given the type of shoe, so I had no expectation or concern for that. As for looks, they are very cute. The stitching stands out enough to make them stylish. They have great versatility--wear with cropped pants, skirts, maxis, etc. The sole is extremely flexible and has some traction to it. I normally wear an 8 1/2 so I got a size 9 and they fit perfectly. I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

As a librarian, I'm on my feet for most of the day. These Havaianas are the only shoes comfortable yet supportive enough for work. I bought three pairs...hey, librarians can be stylish, too!

I love you Zappos but not this shoe. The value just isn't there. Poor take on the classic and hard to mess up espadrille. They look like they came from the dollar store and the cute little tag sewn to the outside doesn't redeem them from hum-drum.

Not as cute as I expected, nor as comfortable. In addition, I ordered the lemon green, the shoe box is labeled lemon green, but navy blue shoes were inside. :( They're going back.

Nice bag - I suppose exactly what I expected. I'm coming from a Swiss army backpack to this bag, so that's my point of reference. This bag looks super cool, but I definitely can't carry as much as my old backpack. The laptop sleeve BARELY fits my 17" MacBook pro. It's tight but does fit. Having the computer in the bag makes it feel like you're carrying a board on your back. Also, it seems like the bottom corner of the bag pokes you right in the back when you have the computer in there and you're walking around. One weird thing - the flap has no Velcro, though there are strips of Velcro on the front of the bag. Zappos video shows a bag with a Velcro flap (unless I am mistaken) - but this bag DOES NOT have it. Pretty lame. Overall, solid bag - you're paying for the name on the bag really. If you're looking for real comfort - look elsewhere.

Mine have Velcro. I am not sure why the other reviewer's bags do not? I bought mine in December 2012. I absolutely love this bag. It is the best one that I have ever owned. Like all Chrome gear it has a warmth and personality that really grows on you the longer you own/use them. Since my purchase of the Buran I loved it so much I bought a Chrome Vega bag, a Chrome belt, three pairs of Chrome socks, large utility pouch, phone pouch (I use for Carmex and eye drops and hand sanitizer) and the Kursk Shoes.. So the Buran sold me on Chrome gear for sure. I might even buy a crack pack next? Chrome even makes that cool with their Cardiel Shank and I am not a Hipster nor a bike messenger. I am a native of Portland, Oregon where there is a brick and mortar Chrome store. So yes, I am a fan.

According to Chrome they chose not to include Velcro on this bag because it was designed more for office use, and they wanted people to be able to open it quietly if they were in a meeting or something.
