The leather quality is phenomenally soft! The boots are very well-crafted and comfortable, given the height of the heel. They are very elegant to wear with dresses, skirts and pants. The inner-leg zippers are slightly large & oddly positioned in the middle of this slip-on boot but can be removed if needed. After an extensive search, I can say that these boots are worth the high cost for something that will last many years to come. Thank you Zappos!

This is a review for the Yvonne in black calf. This is the classic black boot of understated elegance, an essential wardrobe staple. It is, in short, perfect. I am an 8.5 M and this boot feels true to size.

This is a great bag. Note that the one I received has the messenger flap (orange) over the organizer section only. The flap doesn't cover the zippers for the computer section or file section. That is fine with me. Otherwise the bag was as expected. The laptop section is fine for a Lenovo T410 with battery attached. Each outside water bottle pocket is stretchy and can hold a sport bottle. I decided to return this bag and get the Eagle Creek Conor, which is deeper. The Simon Day Pack organizer section is slim, whereas the Conor has a deep organizer section. The Conor is also taller. I'm a heavy packer for a day in the office or for a carry on. For many people, the Simon is probably fine. The balance was good when the Simon bag was loaded.
