These fit true to size 9M, my feet and ankles are narrower, so no heel slippage. I love the gold details and patent leather, makes them suitable for day or evening wear. I also like the built in inner comfort pad and under sole slippage pad. They are very chic and classic and worth the investment esp. on sale! Chic shoes that you can walk in!

The toe box is very short and didn't cover "toe cleavage". That is a return for me right away. It also was slightly large in the heel and would slip off. Otherwise appeared well made although stiff. I returned them so I wouldn't know if it would break in well.

I bought these in the spotted pony and they are fabulous. True to size, very comfortable, exceptionally well made. Can't wait to wear them this winter.
