I run five times a week and average about 40 to 50 miles. This is by far the best cap I have ever used. It stays on in high winds, keeps you dry in the rain and wicks moisture like no other.

I bought this hat to run in and keep my hair from my face as it is too short to pull into a ponytail. It is a lightweight "silky" material, sits well above my ears and serves its purpose well. I like the gray underside of the brim because it helps with glare when in the sun. It's adjustable with a velcro strap in the back, but (maybe my head is small) the tab is longer than the place it sticks when I get it fitting my head. No big deal, though, I just fold it a bit to make it fit and not "flap around" or get stuck where I don't want it.
