Great product. The wheels work fantastic, it has sturdy zippers (and they get a good deal of wear). We have had it for about 6 weeks now and are very pleased. I have three boys and trust me, we have tried them all.

Purchased for high school sophomore daughter who carries an extraordinary amount of books for her petite frame -- 4'10 -- so this saved her back. Very sturdy, durable given the amount of books she packs in there. The main compartment zips practically all the way down making access very easy. Storage is quite ample. The bottom guards and pocket for straps help to prolong life of backpack. Design bright and not too boring. Really happy with purchase.

I bought this on August 21st for my 10 year old daughter. The backpack came the next day and she piled all of her 5th grade school supplies into it. It had been working well but recently one of the zippers stopped working properly. The backpack has a double zipper, one on the right and the other on the left. Ideally, you should be able to pull them both up on each side so that they meet in the middle. However, the left zipper has stopped functioning properly and when she pulls it up, the zipper won't hold the bag shut, the zipped section opens and all of her things topples out. If she uses the right zipper, solely, and pulls it completely from right to left, then the bag remains closed. I don't know if the backpack that we received is a lemon, but that shouldn't happen in less than two months of usage.
