This style was exactly what I was looking for in an everyday shoe. It is dressy enough to use for most occasions but also coordiates with casual outfits.

These shoes are very comfortable. Nothing flashy, just a well built, good fitting, all-around shoe. What is "flashy", however, is Zappos service. I ordered these late afternoon Midwest time, and the shoes were delivered around the same time the next day. Today I received an email informing me that my shoes have shipped with a tracking number. Zappos beat my email notification!

First pair of shoes I have purchased online. Have a hard time finding extra
wide shoes in the stores. I purchased a size 11xw and they fit perfect. Delivery was fast. Price was good. Will buy from Zappos again.

The only shoe like this I've worn before was a
Pikolinos, but for almost half the cost, these Rockports are basically equivalent. I got these in brown and got a pair of the big bucks
oxfords lace-ups in black and am considering returning those for a pair of these in black instead. My only issue is my left foot has a slightly higher arch than my right, so I get rubbing on the top of my foot. I tried thinner
socks, but that didn't change it. I have short/wide feet, so finding shoes that fit well is always hard. I've only worn the shoes for two weeks (alternating with others), so it might just be a matter of the shoe stretching out a bit first. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. Otherwise they would get 5. I'm a physical therapist, so I'm on my feet basically all day and have no other foot or knee discomfort, and they hold the foot very securely. Highly recommended. Love Zappos as well for their fast service, and I always recommend them to patients.

Very comfortable shoe, short break-in period. Luster without polish or saddle soap only an issue for dressier occasions. Good with khakis and
jeans. Adequate cushioning, liked them enough to purchase black and brown pair.

Ordered these for my husband. They seemed like they would be the perfect casual work shoe. They were too long too narrow and the heel slipped. We are pretty sure about his foot size and the New Edge shoes we ordered him fit great.

Sharp, versatile and comfortable. I wear mine with
jeans (wearing them right now) as well as with a sport coat and tie. Not the best choice with swimming trunks or a tux, but comfortable with everything else in between.
