I was looking for a pair of pants that would be more comfortable than jeans but not quite as nice as a khaki. I often have trouble with things falling out of my pockets when I sit down in khakis. Since these pants were to be used for a trip to Europe, I didn't want luggage keys or my passport falling out. These are comfortable and the two front pockets are very deep (almost too deep) so there were no problems. The side zipper pocket is also nice and secure without sticking out like a typical cargo pocket. They are just what I was looking for and seem to by pretty durable so far.

These are my new favorite pants. Deep pockets, hidden elastic, and good quality material make them a good choice.

These are just what I needed - something with a more formal look than cargo pants, but with a place to safely and comfortably keep my wallet.

Love the pants. Fit well, especially with the sliding waist band! Hard to find these pants in black but found them at Zappos.

Very disappointed that the pockets are white on the inside so that you can see a white slit on each hip. I guess it wouldn't matter if they were light colored pants, but since I ordered a dark gray color, it looks awful. I do like that the waistband has a bit of stretch to it.
