I look a little wide in the hips in this. I would not mind if it was a slightly slimmer cut. I also would not mind if the shorts underneath were 2-3 inches longer / more modest. Otherwise, this skort is very well made, with attention to detail. I like the (2 front and 1 back) pockets. I normally wear a US 6 or 8, but under advisement of the previous reviewer, I ordered a 4 and a 6. I am not sure which one I will keep. The hip width of the 4 is better, but inside, the 4 feels a little too short in both the rise and inseam. I may keep the 6 to compensate for the longer torso length that I need. In any case, I am pleased with the craftsmanship. I look forward to going for a run or hike in this. It is also pretty groovy with a fitted black top and tall black boots.
