The shoe was comfortable and appeared well made. However, it was not deep enough to accommodate custom orthotic even when the removable foot pad was removed. So unfortunately I had to return the shoes.

I wanted a shoe that makes sports shoes more dressy and still comfy. Love these shoes. The "sports heel" makes the shoes great to walk in. It's also fun that they're a little funky! The fit is perfect for my feet and the right price. The only feature I don't care for is that the toe area on the shoe scuffs easily. I do recommend it!

I have ordered twice from Zappos in the past six months and have been more than pleased with the products but especially how fast they were delivered. Within a couple of days, both my orders were at my front door. I will continue to use Zappos whenever I can! The
Naturalizer Muse shoes were ordered for my mother. They are a second pair for her in a second color. These shoes are her favorites for everyday wear.

These are wonderful! They are nice looking enough to wear to work (business casual) but not too fancy to wear with
jeans. Very comfortable. I'm happy!

I love these shoes. I took a chance and bought the same size in both black and brown, and they fit great. I wanted an oxford because my heel slips out of most
loafers or they are either too big or too small. The Muse fit great and because I can tie it, I have some control over the fit. I wear them to the office with
dress slacks. One of my female co-workers said she thought they look kind of clunky, but I think they look classic. They have a kind of vintage look. But the best part is the comfort. I wore them all day the first time I put them on and they did not require any break in period; soft foot bed and no rubbing anywhere.

Really like these. I have a horrible time finding shoes that fit comfortably but these do! Very light weight. Seemed to be well made. My only improvement would be I would like better
arch support (there is none) and maybe a little more cushioning (they are cushioned, just could be a bit more for my ideal shoe). Love Zappos and their amazing customer service!

I was on the fence with their hokey look, but then I tried them on. I bounced through a day at the office without any pinching, rubbing, or "new shoe" problems. I ran up stairs. Now I wear them whenever they fit with my outfit and know my feet will have a good day.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but they are just not comfortable. I bought them because I thought that with the laces, I'd be able to keep the heel of the shoe from sliding up and down. If I tie them tight enough to stay on my heel, they are too tight at the top where my bunion was before surgery. I don't usually prefer shoes that aren't a bit girlie, but I'm getting desperate to find something to wear until it's
sandal weather again.

Odd fit for me in WW, in general the shoe ran a little narrow except for around the ankles they were way too wide.
