This is my 3rd Pair of Sole Flip Flops and I Love them. I have Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis as well as a wide feet and a Large bunion. These have great arch support and have a wide fit and are so comfortable. I virtually wear these from the time I get up to the time I go back to bed. I recommend buying multiple pairs so you can switch up.

I need a flip flop with definite arch support and have tried Orthaheel, Spenco, and Sole. These flips are by far my favorite. Orthaheels are a little wide for me. These tend to run a little narrower and fit me just right. I have 3 pairs and love them!

This shoe is so painful, I would not recommend this to anyone. The footbed feels fine; it's the straps that are so painful; they're way too stiff and they cut into the top of my feet, rubbing skin off and causing blisters, no exaggeration. I'm returning these and will stay away from this company's shoes in the future.

I have plantar fasciitis in my left heel and after a ton of research, decided to give these a try. I loved the idea of the cork foot beds. When they arrived, I could see why people were complaining about the straps being stiff. I also thought they felt a smidge to short in the back. So I ordered the next size up. They feel fantastic right out of the box. I'm so excited. (I'm usually a 9.5 - 10 and ended up with an 11.) The difference in length between the 10 and 11 seems to be minimal. I have wide feet (complete with a bunion) and they fit great.

I really want these to work for me because they are the absolutely best that I have found out of Orthaheel, Superfeet, Born, Spenco, which are the best for arch support that I have found and I have tried a lot thanks to Zappos. Spenco has the least arch support out of those I just listed. Orthaheels I have had are loose and too wide. I am not even considering the ones with little or no arch support that are not even contenders because of lack of arch support, like Crocs, Merrell, Clarks, Naturalizer, Aerosoles, etc. These Sole Casual flip-flops have great arch support, the cork bottom is springy and comfortable and molds perfectly to my plantar fasciitis problem feet and makes the plantar fasciitis pain go away completely. Superfeet flip-flops do the same. But Superfeet are a bit hard, but that is way better than having plantar fasciitis pain. So I was excited about the Sole Casual flip-flops because of the springier cork footbed. But the straps are the problem! They are way too tight. So tight they rub blisters on the tops of my feet. I have been wearing them around the house for three days now trying to make myself figure out a way that I can keep these because I absolutely love the way the bottom of the shoe molds to my feet and gives great arch support and a springy, nice feeling. But I do not think that I am going to be able to put up with red, sore, almost bleeding blisters on the top of my feet from these darn straps. If Sole is listening, then all you have to do is re-engineer the straps to be just like Superfeet straps and you will have the absolute best sandal/flip around for plantar fasciitis sufferers. Please do this! I will be your most loyal customer and I know many other plantar fasciitis sufferers would too. You could have a goldmine.

I needed a sandal with some arch support and this is it! Cute and stylish, everyone asks me about them. Love the light pink color but it has gotten dirty and I'm not sure how to clean that part. Foot bed is super molded and it did take a few days for the stap on one foot to stretch. It did hurt for a day so I just put a band aid on and now they are perfect. I would wear them a week or two before a long expedition. Stay on nicely and great support.

The length was too short, my heel felt the back edge. The sole felt like it would be wonderful in the right size. Also, the straps were so tight across the top, that they hurt. I had the same problem with the SOLE Sport Flip, and while the strap was also tight, it felt a tad more forgiving that the Casual Flip. So I will try to Sport Flip in a larger size.

I wanted to love these as they are gorgeous. But the top of the zipper on back of the heel is not covered and the metal teeth painfully digs into your skin with every step. They are unwearable. That makes me so sad. Back they go.
