If you like a looser fit like I do, 36D, 145 lbs, I sized to a 44 Euro (12 US). The fit is like a ladies L on me - arms are fitted, bodice flows slightly away from middle. Like a trim fit, get your regular size, a Euro 42 is a standard Ladies M, Euro 40 Jr. M.

Super quality with Lacoste! Very fashionable and they hold up through many washings! I love the Shrunken Fit as it is quite flattering to a number of different figure styles! I highly recommend Lacoste brand to everyone.

Love Lacoste! I am generally a size 0 so I ordered the 32 Lacoste Two Button Stretch Polo. It is so comfy and fits just right! The gator logo is a tiny bit smaller this year, which I like. As soon as they get more colors in the size 32, I will definitely order more! And the Zappos team is top notch with their customer service and shipping speed! Way to go!
