Great looking shoe. Good quality, like the woven sole. I am right in between being an 8 or an 8.5. This 8.5 was too large. So order the 8 if you are also between sizes.

Great summer shoe! It's more of a linen color with a gold sheen but not tacky looking at all! I have very narrow heels but after placing a pad in the sole of the shoe, they fit perfectly.

I ordered these to wear to a wedding in a couple months. The gold ones are very cute in person. They are dressy enough to go with my bridesmaid dress but they will also look cute with jeans or a sundress. Like other posters said, they do run half a size too big. I ordered a 6 but they were slipping off the back of my heels. I had to exchange them for a 5½. I cannot remember when I wore a pair of shoes that size!

I wanted to like this shoe - really I did, but the fit is just off. It slips off the back of my foot when I walk. Put an insert in but that didn't really help. Now that I have the insert in, I can't return it. Only wore them about 5 minutes to walk around the house. Suppose they'll go to Goodwill.

Loved the look of the shoes! I am between sizes and found the smaller size was a better fit. The heel does seem extra wide, however. I added heel inserts which helped a bit.

I got this bag as a gift for my dad to use for work. He loves it, it's the perfect size.

My teenage son needed a new backpack because his Swiss Gear Synergy Laptop Carrying Backpack broke in different places. My son has a 17.5 inch laptop that he carries around and it was just a bit too big for the Swiss Gear backpack (which seems sturdy) and eventually the backpack just fell apart. We researched and read the reviews here in Zappos about the Big Student and decided to try it. This is our first purchase from Zappos. We live in Hawaii and have limited places where we can buy backpacks in the middle of the school year. Being able to purchase online is just wonderful. We heard about Zappos from a colleague. Our order actually took quite a few days before Zappos was able to fill and get it shipped, but it was okay and the shipping took many a couple more days than if we were in the Mainland USA. When the Big Student backpack arrived, we took it out of the box and felt very dubiously about it. The backpack looked small, like a regular backpack. My son didn't even really want to try it but I urged him to try it anyway since it was here. Lo and behold! His 17.5 inch laptop went in so effortlessly. He could even choose between the very rear compartment and the compartment in front of that to store his laptop. All of us were stunned. He then put in all of his gear and like many reviews stated here -- everything fit! The amazing thing is, after he gets all of his gear in, the backpack still does not look big; it really looks 'regular.' He is very happy with his backpack, able to go to school without having to carry anything in his hands. We got it in black, his favorite color and it looks great.
