This is a soft and light-weight leather purse. I chose this handbag from Zappos because everything I had seen in the department stores was either much too big for my small frame or too tiny. There wasn't anything in between. This is a perfect medium-size bag, and in black, it has the classic, professional look I wanted. I have a lot of trouble keeping purse straps on my little shoulders, but this one never
slides off, again, because it is soft and not too wide. As for storage, the outside zip pocket holds quite a lot of things you might want to get at quickly. Inside, there is only one zip pocket, big enough for a bank book, for example, or a couple of lipsticks. There are two little bitty stretchy pockets which aren't really large enough for the newer cell phones. The rest is one fairly big, unstructured space which holds my wallet, glasses, cell phone and a bunch of other things quite easily. However, I dislike the fact that I have to rummage around in it all the time, even though I have loose things like lipstick in a small make-up bag, because nothing ever stays in place, and if only it had a divider in the middle, it would come pretty close to being my ideal purse. Overall, it is well-made and I'm glad that I bought it.
