To make this review meaningful, let me explain where I'm coming from: I don't really like clothes. I especially don't like underwear. Also worth noting is that I hate wearing most synthetic fabrics that I've ever tried, just don't like the slight static charge feeling they tend to generate with movement. So, it was a leap of faith, based partially on the previous reviews, for me to order these (after accepting the fact that sometimes you just gotta wear something underneath). Having said that, I think these shorts are changing my worldview. Seriously. I was a little disturbed that they had a fairly strong chemical (solvent-y) smell out of the package, but it completely vanished with one washing. They don't build up a static charge, they breath (the fabric is more mesh-like than you would expect) and in general only make themselves known by adding comfort. The cut is quite obviously designed to be not restrictive and functional rather than fashionable, so I'm giving them 5 stars for fashion for that reason. They are a perfectly designed product for their purpose, and knowing that things like that still come along makes me like the world (of clothing, and in general) just a little bit more.

I bought these for my husband who absolutely LOVES them. He wears them to lounge around the house, not necessarily as undergarments. They have a strange texture which almost feels like a thin rubber but my husband assures me they are super comfortable. He owns 2 pair now and likely will own more in the future.

Good fit, good feel, good look, easy to wash, easy to dry. What else can you ask for in a pair of underwear?
