Love the rouching on the sleeves and the soft material! I am disappointed that it shrunk in the length, even after I washed it in cold water (hand wash cycle in the machine) and hung to dry!

Give great support for running and exercising. Even for just everyday support, I have an injured leg and this helps alleviate some pain and pressure.

Great socks, definitely recommended for any running or cross-fit workouts. You will want something thicker for deadlifting, these won't provide much padding.

Love these socks! I do CrossFit in them and played rec flag football. Great compression for my ankles and calves. I mainly got these in the beginning because I have a past history on my ankles of tears and sprains. I found these to help my ankle support, but I still put on a brace if I play sport but its off if its crossfit. I have size 12.5 feet and got a medium. I like the snug fit.
