Ooh...life-changing! I got these in Tan, they are a bit darker than pictured, but still a fab neutral. When I had my daughter 15 years. ago, the bones in my feet spread & now I have an extremely wide foot (size 9W). For 15 years, I've worn mainly just sneakers & Uggs. I have a half-dozen other 2" heels in my closet that I sometimes suffer through a few hours of wear at a time - that's all I can stand, my feet hurt so bad from too-narrow shoes. They were cheaply made in comparison with Frye's (although they were expensive - most cost more than these clogs). I threw them all away now that I have these beauties! Over the past 15 years, I've tried on (literally) thousands of pairs of shoes. None fit. Until now - this & another pair of Frye mules ("Belted Harness Mule" in color "Black Greasy Leather", with a 2" heel). I was just gearing up to plan a trip to an out-of-state boot-maker to have something custom-made, which would have cost $500-$1K for a single pair. As a last ditch effort, I ordered these 2 Frye mules, Hallelujah! They fit, have a sturdy, comfy heel, leather sole & breathe (so no stinky feet), look great, feel great, at a great price even when not on sale! I am now going to try to scour the marketplace for years to come to find a few more pair. I just can't believe they fit, and feel great, and look great, and have a heel, and are obviously a craftsman-quality product which will last indefinitely! No, they are not runway 5" heel Manolo Blahnik's or Christian Louboutin or whatever, but I'd never wear a heel that high at all, even occasionally. I am so thrilled with these 2 pair of Frye's! By the way, I'm a 9W & ordered a size 9 in each - these Tan pair are just a bit long, so for anyone with a normal or narrow width foot, you could easily order down at least 1/2 size. My regular size 9 fits perfectly because I need the width. No they are not extremely lightweight. This is what a quality shoe feels like - the leather is so thick, the finish is glossy, the heel is sturdy, the sole is super-thick, hard leather, and that all adds up to a solid shoe. When worn, my feet feel snuggly & comfy - not swollen & sweaty! I receive a ton of compliments, everyone asking me where I got them. I did not blink about the price, for my impossible-to-fit foot, it's a steal! And, for anyone sick of mass-produced "shoes" with no regard to how the shoe actually wears on the foot, buy these! You'll immediately see how the other half lives, and will be amazed at what you've been missing! These are not "disposable" $19.99 shoes. Rather, they are real, old-style, quality footwear, made to breathe, look great, conform with your foot, and made to last.

I really want to love these shoes unconditionally! But I can't quite. I was looking for a boot-like shoe to wear with jeans but without the weight and bulk of calf-height boots. They deliver on the look, for sure. They are somewhat narrow, though, and one of my feet is not happy about that, even after I took it to a shoe repair place for some stretching. I wish they weren't quite as pointy in the toe. It is a very cowboy boot look, and a slightly more rounded toe would feel a little more versatile. Otherwise nice height for everyday, and very solid, well-made construction, as Frye is known for. Leather is thick and heavy. I'm hoping they'll mold a bit more to my feet as I wear them (I've only worn them a couple of times over the past 10 days since I got them).

I wear an 8.5 in most brands, and have several size 8 Frye boots, but this shoe was unavailable in black in an 8, so I took a chance on a 7.5, and to my surprise and delight, they fit fine. Now I notice that my size 8 Frye boots are a little roomier than they need be, though I'd not been bothered by that. Anyway, the clogs are a great weekend shoe to give you the look of boots in an easy to wear, slip-on-an-off shoe. The heel height is very comfortable.

Extremely well made, comfortable, and good looking shoe. Looks like a boot, but has the convenience of a shoe. Worth the price. I am very satisfied. I ordered a half size smaller than I usually wear for a perfect fit.

I had already owned the Carson Short Bootie when I saw this cute little clog and could not resist. As typical with Frye products, this clog is beautifully crafted and the color is incredibly rich. I wear these clogs with boot cut jeans and they are so comfortable! I am at the point in my life where I hold out for excellent quality, comfortable shoes, and the Carson Clog from Frye fits the bill.

I loved the look of these clogs the moment I pulled them out of the box! They are "heavy" but so comfortable. Definitely a well built, comfortable shoe. Will be wearing them for a long time. But wear them a bit before going an entire day - they need to be worn in.

I tried to order a half size smaller than my usual size, but it turns out I needed a whole size smaller. Otherwise, a good clog.

Love these shoes. Ordered them in the fawn first and my regular size 7.5 but they were lighter in color than I liked so I ordered the cognac (perfect natural color). Although they didn't have the dark distressing on them as in the pictures and the grain of leather is different, I would love to get the black. They are comfortable although no cushioning and I would suggest getting a .5 size smaller if you like a tight heel. The heel height is perfect. Definitely worth the investment. A nice shoe to get the boot look without the struggle of getting them on.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable and stylish. The color is a deep, rich saddle brown. I am tall, so the heel is a good height, not high. The soles are the good old fashion kind that Frye make. They will last forever, unlike many companies now that are using either rubber or man-made materials that the color will scratch off and you cannot repair. Frye makes a superior product and Zappos makes the process so easy.

Very nice clogs. Frye quality and comfort. They're great looking with jeans. Looks like you're wearing a boot. Ran a little big. I got them in Fawn, which is kind of a light brown. I like the color, and I love Zappos!
