Got these today. They are so cute, but as soon as I put them on I almost rolled my ankle. There is less than 1 inch of support on the bottom of the heel. I don't understand why they are designed this way. Going right back.

At first I was going to return them. They felt unstable and I rocked side to side. Gave them a chance and they are incredibly comfortable. I attribute the rocking feeling to the padding in the sole which I adjusted to and the padding is great. A little rough on the back of my ankle but I'm sure they will soften up there.

Supreme quality! Worth every penny - all I could do was wow at the all leather materials and durability. All I would suggest is to get the bottom leather sole surfaced and protected by a shoe repairman (with rubber?). I had my all leather bottom soled Frye boots for 8 weeks and I needed to get them resurfaced due to constant wear. I range between a 7-7.5 (wide toebox, narrow ankles) and I ordered a 7.5. They were too big lengthwise and did not stay on my feet - so I would suggest ordering smaller. The chocolate color will just get even better with wear and age and there is minimal "toe cleavage" to worry about. I love these and I will be ordering a smaller size when available.

These shoes are so cute but I had to return them because they did not fit my 10 medium foot correctly - my toe smooshed up at the front even though I had room in the back, and they felt too wide. Having trouble finding a ballet flat that fits my fit without pinching or being too wide!

These rubbed the back of my heel when I first got them, but they've quickly softened up and molded more to the shape of my feet. They're now blister free and one of my go-to comfort shoes. I especially like the wider toe box which doesn't pinch my toes. But they are pretty insubstantial, so if you want more support, these aren't for you. As for size, I sometimes wear 8.5 and sometimes 8 in different styles, and the 8 in these is slightly roomy for me, but works.
