This is pretty much the bag I've been looking for. Small yet enough room to carry a small Nalgene water bottle (being from the desert!). I have a "Big Skinny" wallet which helps to cut down bulk. I think the flap should have a sturdier pouch for glasses but it works fine with the fleece lining. The strap tends to twist up which is somewhat of an annoyance. It's small enough where I can stick it in my laptop bag if needed. I think I'll stick with this one for a very long time.

Great bag. Holds everything you need with a nice adjustable strap that goes beyond 24 inchces. Lightweight and the color isn't loud, it like a pumpkin color, which works all year round.

Handy little bag, but it is tiny. Wish it had a couple credit card holders.

I purchased this bag for a 2-week trip to Italy and absolutely loved it! It worked perfect for my needs holding all of the essentials in an organized fashion while wandering around. The "cell phone" pocket fit my camera perfectly and the back slip pocket provided easy access to the map. Another favorite feature is the length of the strap which allowed me to sling it cross shoulder for hands free, worry free sightseeing.

This purse is fabulous! I had the Overland Equipment Jojo bag for almost 4 years, and was worried I wouldn't be able to find a replacement (Jojo's been discontinued), but this bag is even better! It's smaller and less bulky than the Jojo, the strap goes on forever if you need it to, and it still holds all my stuff. The velcro closure over the outside pockets works perfectly, and I even love the little pen pocket! If you are a purse "minimalist" like me, consider the Placer.

This bag is perfect for any one who doesn't need a lot of room. I put my checkbook, pen, Tylenol, and small Leatherman in the front flap pocket. I put my small wallet and eye glasses in the main compartment. It looks great with whatever I wear (professional or sporty) and doesn't feel bulky or big when a wear it as a crossbody. I'm glad I finally bought the Placer and highly suggest you do too.

This bag works very well. It is small enough to carry all day without putting too much pressure on your shoulder and big enough to fit essentials. I especially like the cell phone pocket which is large enough to fit my smart phone. I\'ve gotten several compliments!

I have been looking for a smaller travel day bag so I do not wind up overstuffed! While this one does not have true security features, it is big enough thanks to the depth of the zippered compartment to carry a travel/passport wallet, camera, and bulky sunglass case with room to spare in the gusseted front pocket for pens, small flashlight, business cards, phone/sunglasses, and a map/small guide book. I can see not carrying anything too small or of great value in the front pocket unless it were zipped into the mesh pocket or placed into slip pocket of this particular space since the gussets are not zipped. Overland may want to rethink this! Still, it provides quick access to tissues or scratch paper. It is a great for just getting around town with nice organization features. The periwinkle color is a bonus, it is more blue purple than blue!

This is a great purse if you are trying to downsize and just want to take the essentials with you when you go out. I was tired of becoming the pack mule of the family by having a larger purse. It is small but carries all my cards, cash, lip balm, mints, Blackberry, hand wipes, checks, small Swiss army knife, and keys. I like that the middle section has two slightly padded pockets (where I keep my phone). The zippers are smooth and easy to open, and the cross-body design is very convenient. I like this bag a lot but it is only for the woman that really wants to pare down.

This is an awesome little bag! It is sturdy and you can pack it with more than you would think. I absolutely the compartments under the front flap. They are great for organizing your stuff.
