My husband put these on and let out a contented sigh. "Aaahhhh. Yes." were the only words he spoke. Then he wore them all weekend, and still loves them. So they are comfortable, I guess. They look really nice, too.

I like the shoe. My only gripe is that my feet tend to get a little hot in them. Excellent value, very comfortable and stylish.

I do not have much to say. I took the shoes out of the box and noticed the flimsy soles right away. Knowing that I would eat through the cheap construction in a heartbeat I tried the shoes on, walked two feet, and back in the box they go. They look gorgeous online and would be excellent for a costume/cosplay situation, but in real life I would suggest passing. I should have known good quality for such a cheap price was a dream. But as usual thanks to Zappos' amazing policy I know I can have a worry-free shopping experience. I ? Zappos more than I can possibly convey.

I've had these boots (in the Smog color, size 8) for a couple months now, and I love them. Every time I wear them I'm so happy with how they look. I was upset when they first arrived because, although they fit my foot, they were tight in the calf -- these boots definitely aren't 16 inches in circumference like the item information says, at least not on the inside. I measured my calf and at its thickest, it's less than 15 1/2 inches, so the boots should have fit fine, but they were tight. I was going to return them, but after putting them on with leggings and walking around my house, they loosened up. Now I can wear them with skinny jeans and they fit perfectly. So if you buy them, and they're a little tight, they will stretch out a little bit. Also, I did have to return the first pair they sent to me because the lining and the leather weren't sewn together for about an inch around the top. But the exchange was completely hassle free. Finally, I'm going to echo some of the previous posts -- do not pull the boots on using the loops -- I didn't do this, but I can see where it could tear the loops off, the leather is pretty thin.

I love the black Marko boots, comfortable, beautiful & already considering the brown! It's true they do run a little big; I ordered a half size smaller. Terrific all around.

I bought these boots about three weeks ago and they have been the perfect addition to my fall wardrobe. The coloring definitely varies intentionally throughout the suede which gives them a decidedly vintage feel. They were a little narrow in the foot at first, but have stretched and are now perfect. I can wear them all day with no problems. There is a lot of calf room. I highly recommend these boots!
