Excellent shoe. Very comfortable. Perfect for people who want to maintain or increase a healthy arch. It will not be suitable for people who hate going barefoot since this shoe is designed as a minimalist shoe.

Would be great, if the strap was more adjustable, and less bulky. I loved the way the sole of the shoe felt, and the overall flexibility. However, I have a relatively low instead, and wished I could have made the strap tighter, without having a tail dragging on the ground. The strap is designed to be flush with the bottom of the shoe, so if you need it tighter, it doesn't work well. Also, the strap is sort of bulky, creating a bulge on the side of the foot near the arch.

I really like the look of this shoe. The fit is good on me in my usual size, except for one problem. The adjustable strap across the top is made so long, that when I snug it up tight enough to feel good on me, I am then walking on the last bit of the strap, which is so long that it falls underfoot as I walk, or else splays way out to the side. I would love this shoe if the strap was shorter. Unfortunately I will probably have to return these. Because of the strap length, these would probably work better on someone with a wider foot or a higher arch.

I love this (and other) Terra Plana Vivo Barefoot style, even though they are pretty no frills and simple looking. (The quintessential shoe, like a child's drawing.) They fit well. I love the color. And they are so comfortable! I particularly like this style because the strap is adjustable, unlike the ones with an elastic strap. My only quibble about them is the leather is stiffer than some others I have. I like softer leather. Now if they would only make
boots.

I bought these shows because my wife is pregnant and she needed light weight and comfortable shows that can accommodate the increase in the foot size. They look very simple but stylish. The price is somehow high compared to the material the shoe is made off. We had to add
insoles in order for them to fit and needed heel cushions too. Very pleased with Zappos service.

These are my favorite pair of shoes, hands down. I can wear them to work with business casual and with
jeans. They are super comfortable (FYI, I wear them without the
insole).

I have extremely wide feet (E width) and an arch so high I can step on Legos and not realize it, and these shoes fit me. They are marked B width but this is more a D width and great for high instep. I imagine someone with narrow feet might not like these shoes, they could look loose and I can see how the strap could be too long. However for those of us with flippers, they are perfect. I wear Vibrams to work out and run in and I needed a good all-around shoe for work and going out and these are very comfortable and absolutely adorable. I don't feel frumpy in them at all (this has been a problem for me with the usual wide shoe selection). LOVE these shoes and I hope Zappos stocks the tall "Vienna" boot style soon. For fit, I wear the same size in these as I do Vibrams and
Birkenstock.

I ordered wide. I have bunions and work in retail. Amazing! Not one problem wearing from day one. Walked 5 miles in them in Chicago recently. wonderful wide toe box fit. But don't look wide at all. I receive compliments every time I wear them.

Love these. Comfortable immediately. Was nervous about the long strap other reviewers mentioned, but they must have fixed it; with my foot in the shoe the strap hits just about where it does in the picture.

I love my other pair of VivoBarefoot shoes, and have been eyeing this style for a long time, as I've craved a minimalist shoe that is a bit dressier. I've been a long time minimalist shoe enthusiast. But I am very disappointed in these shoes and am returning them (thank you Zappos!). As other reviews have noted, the straps are simply way way too long. I had to tug them as tight as they could go without pushing the
velcro through the slit... and then the strap hung a good 2.5 inches under/beyond the shoe. I have a fairly normal width foot, so these are definitely only recommended for folks with very high arches and/or very wide feet. Also, the shoes seemed bigger than I expected. I ordered the same size as my Lucy Lites - and these were huge on me! Way way wide, so wide there were gaps along my entire foot that would just invite pebbles and stones had I worn them for any lengthy time. And there was much more toe room than is comfortable. I would have tried a smaller size if it weren't for the strap issue. I also wasn't impressed with the style once it was actually on my feet. The leather is not as soft as I would like, and the front part of the shoe hit below my toe line - leaving the tops of my toes exposed. Not exactly attractive and deflects from the cuteness of the style. (Perhaps a smaller size would have fit differently on my foot.) And the footbed is thicker and more stiff than my other style of VivoBarefoot shoes.
