They are decent looking shoes, but they are likely unfit for rigorous exercise. The biggest shortcoming, however, is not merely aesthetic; the shoes are cheaply made. That much is obvious upon receipt, as one other reviewer commented. The front of the shoe is where this becomes most conspicuous. It immediately becomes clear that the faux leather bordering the mesh on the front will deteriorate and discolor very quickly and the mesh will wrinkle and deform similarly. The lack of quality necessarily translates to poor functional utility as well. While I doubt that most people are purchasing this shoe as a primary trainer, they are not durable and will not maintain their aesthetics or functional ability for long. And if they fail to meet a minimum standard of durability or quality, they become super furious even for causal wear. Ultimately, with these shoes you get what you pay for.

I bought these for my son who is 12. He's a size 8 and they fit him great. He says they are comfortable and I like that they are light and airy for less stinky feet! They are are a good Spring/summer shoe.

I bought these for my 13 year old for his track practice. He loves running in these shoes. He said they were comfortable from the first practice.

Love these shoes! The bright orange is the perfect pop of color, and they are super comfortable! I get compliments on these everywhere I go! I am a female and often buy men's running shoes because I find them more comfy and usually have a better selection of colors than women's. Overall great purchase!

Background: Bought these shoes for a pair of work shoes. I work in greenhouse production and wind up walking about 3-5 miles everyday checking plants and doing this and that. Pros: I love these shoes. They are comfortable and perform great. When I do step in water or get water on them they are quick to dry out. That is going to be valuable during the summer. I have worked out in them also and they did a great job of supporting my ankles. Cons: The wind can cut through them which wouldn't be bad during the summer, makes them a little cold in the winter. Also, they look a little goofy with pants, so be aware of that. Otherwise they are great shoes.

Awesome shoes. Very comfortable and light for running. They are thinner than they look- which was suprisingly great for me since I have a skinnier foot.

I wear size 14 Rockport and Clark work shoes, my older Nike and New Balance shoes are 14s and 15s, most recent Asics are 15. I ordered this in a 15 and fit was spot on. Didn't like the style in person as I did in the pics. Thanks Zappos for easy shopping.

A little tight at first like most shoes but once you wear them 3 or 4 times they start to form to your foot perfectly. They are comfy and I really like the blue color. I got them because I am obsessed with UK Basketball and I wanted them to match all the UK Blue clothes I wear. Bought some Royal Blue shoelaces and the shoes look even better.

Have been using these pretty heavy for a few weeks now and I love them. Lots of support, "air" for sure. They look really cool too.

This shoe was true to fit but needs a couple of days to break in as it caused minor blisters on my heal. This shoe looks great with jeans and khaki's I love it!

These are excellent loafer style shoes that are super comfortable. Merrell does not disappoint! I have been buying Merrell for years. There have been times when I stray and buy another brand. I must say that I am always disappointed with my purchase and always come back to Merrell!

Bought this shoe for my son for Christmas. He loved it even better than the Timberlands he had purchased the last six years. The sizing was a little off but in "true customer service fashion" Zappos took care of that for me.

Overall great shoes. Very durable sole. No real break-in time needed. Would recommend to someone looking for a nice merrel slip-on.

Pretty stylish, but the comfort's the thing. They have a very comfy heel and there's no rubbing up against toes. Fairly wide in that respect. My go-to shoe for casual walks and errands.

I like the look of the shoe, the comfort however doesn't compare to sneakers that I got from Merrell. The Bare Access shoe is just wonderful. Anyway, these look much more professional which is what I needed.

Ripped at the seems after the 4th day of wear. Returning for a different style, 1st bad experience with Merrell. Fit and felt great, just poor construction.
