This fryer regulates the temperature better than the Waring Pro I just had to get rid of. I didn't realize that it would be this much different. The display is easy to read, I'm legally blind and am still able to see it due to the high contrast display. My only complaint is that since it is not quite as wide as my old Waring Pro the basket doesn't hold as much so I have to do more than one batch of fried chicken instead of one in the other machine.
