These are pretty solid Timberlands, with heavy soles. The nice styling prompts compliments. I change the shoe stringe to darker ones.

I loved this shoe on screen, and in person. But as a 14D, I felt that the shoe fit a bit too big, but that a 13D would have been too tight. I got the sensation that my feet were going to slip out when I walked. The way the shoe is cut in the back might contribute to my heel feeling more exposed. I wanted to love these in terms of fit, because the shoe looks even better in person! But had to send it back - thank goodness for free returns!

I am so in love with these beautiful boots! They are Authentic Burberry boots made in Italy. They are glossy and made of thick materials, including the leather embellishing and tassels. They are so darn comfortable, I did not want to take them off. Unlike the shorter version of these boots, they fit nicer for a person with thinner calves (mine are 11 or 12 inches) So these boots are great for women of all sizes, (excluding x-wide calves that require special sizing). The box they came in was beautiful, typical of Burberry. I got a huge deal on these! compare prices to Bloomingdales, Saks or Nordstroms!! I paid 200 dollars less! BUY THESE BOOTS!!! they run a hair big but leaves room for socks of any bulk. The leather trim is made of Italian leather which is soft and milky to the touch. They feel heavenly on my feet! Oh I am thrilled! One of my best purchases ever!

Again, If your calves are pretty small then you should have no problem fitting into these boots. I have over two inches to spare in these. They are about 14½" in circumference. Disregard the post that they run narrow and too small. That person is not accurate.

These boots are so cute! The best part is that the tangerine color is sold at full price at other departments currently! The tangerine color is less bright in person giving it more of a subtle look. I wear an 8 1/2 and ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. I'm 5'6 and I don't have athletic calves but I wouldn't say they are skinny, the fit is perfect, almost as if they were designed in mind for me. I recommend you purchase this boot; you wont regret it! Especially at the steal they are!

I love these rain boots! I always read reviews of products before purchasing. But, sometimes, reviews are off. Not everyone has exactly the same features -- so that's understandable. After I ordered a size 7 in these, I was afraid they would not fit -- based on other reviews. I am a true size 7.5, but rain boots seem to run large on me. So, when I received the 7 in the mail, it actually fit perfectly! Phew! However, with that said: I have chicken leg calves and I don't think these shoes would be comfortable on someone with even slightly larger calves. Also, I have extremely narrow feet, so if your feet are wider, definitely order a size up.

It is a very nice pair of rainboots. I am in size 7.5, and I ordered a size 8. My feet fit in OK. But, the boot openning is little small. My lower legs can only fit with tights.
