Even though this shoe looks comfortably wide, there was not enough room in the toe box for my foot. I ordered my size of 9.5/M and I don't think additional length/width would have worked for me as it would probably have then been too lose along the instep. On the plus side, the shoe was very flexible, and the heel was a perfect height for comfort with some style. I do not consider the shoe to have
arch support, but it did have a nice cushioned lining for added comfort. The gray color was okay, but it did not complement my fair coloring, i.e., I would probably needed to wear hose of some sort to even out my skin tone, and I never want to do that already unless I'm dressing up. I wanted these shoes for everyday wear.
