These are wonderful shoes for business wear. It is hard to find flats that look good with dress pants, but these do the job. The Velcro strap means easy on and off for those of us with limited mobility or those of us who are always in a rush. The cutout design is charming but unobtrusive. The leather flower on the stray is cute but not in the way. I buy a lot of Riekers and I like these as much as any that I have had.

This skirt runs small - it hits very high on the natural waist and poofs out unattractively. I love the fabric, colors, feels good quality. I am sad to return it.
