Now...this hat has that perfect look and feel. It looks like an expensive hat. I just think that Zappos seems to always have those perfect items on their site. Gotta go download Zappos' app...bye 'til later.

I'm so amazed at the great customer service at Zappos. My first order was the wrong size, my fault, I returned item with return label and exchanged for a different item. No fuss, just great service!
