Ordered this about a week ago and got it shipped pretty quick. dishwasher safe. It won't melt on hot pans. Le Creuset is pretty pricey but worth it!

This "spoonula" is too hard to my liking; I like a spatula that is more flexible. I just bought three other LeCreuset spatulas, and this latest batch has much less flexibility than the ones I bought previously. I do not these harder ones at all. They are not much different from using a wooden spoon and WAY more expensive. If I had known that they had changed the formula, I wouldn't have bought them.

Lots of room and yet compact. The pattern looks terrific with my taupe patent leather bag and the shiny surface seems very durable.
