Now I see why mothers get so excited to buy their son
cowboy boots! These are precious! (My baby is 2 years old so I can still call his shoes 'precious'!) Love the style on these! The orange color is similar to a spiced pumpkin kind of orange. I was a tad leery of this color in fear of it being too 'orangey'. My guy wears 9s in most
sneakers (
Keen and
Nike) and he probably could have done an 8.5 in these. They seem to run a bit bigger than his
sneakers and
sandals. Also, he has an average width foot so I don't know what to say about the width. I'd ordered a pair of Old West (the oiled rust style) and they scuffed like crazy just getting them out of the box and trying them on. These Justins don't scuff even when I try with my fingernail. These look like they'll last for as long as they fit (which is ideal given the price!). I will also add you will not find cheaper
boots anywhere else. Cheapos at KMart and Walmart are in excess of $20 and very cheap and not even cute. I didn't want to splurge since we really just need them for a
wedding but if I'm going to splurge, these are a good choice!
