Very disappointing! I own several pairs of Clarks shoes and all have performed well, except for these. My wife purchased the Clarks Nielsen for me as a birthday gift and out of the box, I was very pleased with the style and quality. However, after wearing the shoes twice I noticed the faux stacked leather heal was peeling away on the inside edge of both shoes! I'm one who doesn't have a problem paying up for quality, but at this price, very poor construction! Zappos return policy and customer service was very helpful in the return process and I've decided to try the Top Sider Brand, Gold Cup Venetian Loafer as a substitute.
