I just finished doing my daily walk with these new shoes and they feel great! I have slightly narrow feet and these worked great in the toe box area. I purchased the Merrell Sirens and the North Face Sables along with these so that I could compare. The Ahnus felt much better in the toe box area than the other two.

I love this shoe. Lightweight, plenty of room for my toes, very good arch support, slightly stiff which supports my feet for walking and light hiking. For me, true to size in an 11. And really nice looking in the Total Eclipse.

I am going next week to Spain for a 500 mile Camino and I will tell everyone who wants to hear about your outfit how great you are. I will be back sometime before June 15. I love this shoe! I first purchased a pair of Ahnu about three years ago. I was having trouble with my heel hurting and so I tried a pair of Ahnu's. It made my foot feel so much better. Once they wore out I bought another Ahnu but a different style. I liked them and once they wore out I got another style Ahnu. This time the style had a little different cut and the shoe felt too small. So I returned them and picked out the Sequoia II. It fit so perfect that I ordered another pair just in case I can't get this very comfortable style again. I wear them every day! They are perfect for me.

Very uncomfortable my first time wearing them. I felt like I was getting blisters. Maybe they need to be broken in.

Zappos is my favorite. I have a neuroma and have to try and return shoes/boots often. They allow that. I love them. Naots with a steel shank have proven to be very good for me so I ordered this shoe boot. I have to say that it's been perfect. No pain. Compliments all the time (which is nice because I have had to give up all my beautiful shoes due to my foot problem). The color is incredible. Great neutral which works with brown, grey, black. I wear it with skirts and tights and actually look a little fashionable. Highly recommend this bootie. The grey is also fantastic and now I'm trying to decide which black I want.

Great shoe! I am a size 6.5- 7, and the 38 fits me perfectly. A tiny bit too roomy, so I added soft soles for total comfort. The brown color is luscious. Extremely happy with this purchase. I sometimes experience neuroma syndrome symptoms, but with these shoes I walked all day during my vacation in Europe without any problems. I usually wear flat shoes, and I am so happy to be able to wear a small flattering heel. With all shoes my right ankle tends to pivot inward as I walk but not with this Naot boot. Some reviewers mentioned two possible issues. The first, is the width of the ankle (about 10" for size 38 and a side cut gives it even more room to expand). It's wide enough for average ankles and fine for slim ankles because the foot is properly anchored in the boot. The second issue is the top of the boot hit about above the ankle bones and one could fear rubbing. I did feel it to be so when I first put them on, but the leather is very supple and the initial rubbing went away rapidly. So glad I kept them. I wear them with tight, straight and boot cut pants. They are a bit more boxy than what I am used to, but they are really cute, and the ability to walk in comfort for a whole day is something I haven't been able to expect in a long time (except with some hiking shoes). These shoes are well-made, and the brown is particularly beautiful. I applied shoe polish and sprayed stain repellent before wearing them.

Never believed I would make this fit my narrow heel, but the zipper works and it's nice and snug around my ankle! Excellent arch support. Not hard on my artificial knee (and I haven't been able to wear a heel since the knee replacement. Classy. Just reordered it in two other colors. Will use it for the office and with more casual attire. Just love it. Would buy more colors if they were available.

This is a wonderful shoe! I consistently wear a Naot size 40, but I had to send the size 40 back in this shoe and get the size 41, which fit fine.

This boot is very attractive and well made. However, it does run a bit narrow. I ordered a 38 because I typically wear a 7 1/2. I have a slightly wider foot, but not wide enough to need wide width shoes. Although the length seemed fine, overall it felt too tight and rubbed my heel the way several others have commented and even with thin socks or barefoot. However I returned them for size 39 and they're very comfortable with or without socks. Perfect arch support. I would venture to guess that those who were not happy with the snug fit would have been more comfortable if they ordered up a size.
