I purchased these shoes for work in an
industrial setting, so it goes through sticky, wet, and chemical-related environments daily and I stand on both concrete and linoleum (although primarily the second). I find these shoes to be pretty comfortable overall. I don\'t think they would do so well on concrete all the time, but they are doing fine on the linoleum in our lab. So far they have held up well in the damp. I haven\'t had to try it with custom
insoles yet, but it feels like they might be a bit snug with them in--they\'re kind of snug now, but in a good way. I went up a half size, and while I probably would have been fine at the actual size, I felt like my toes were too close to the end of the shoe for comfort.
