Good quality, so cute and arrived in usual speedy time frame but it runs very small. I'd estimate almost 2 sizes too small. It will have to be exchanged.

Beautiful, bright colors. My daughter is 10, wears a size 12 normally. I followed the suggestion to order up and bought a 14. I'm glad I did. Looks cute!

These are great! I almost didn't get them because there was only one review and I couldn't be sure after reading it if I'd be disappointed as well. Out of the box they look very well made and the color is more neutral than I thought it might be. There is a white piece that covers the leather between the toes but after thinking about it I could tell it was put there to add comfort to the stitched area of the center strap. It felt a bit odd at first but that feeling was gone after wearing them for 1/2 hr or so. It has molded into the strap and the fact that it's white goes unnoticed. It just blends in. The slippers are made in Italy and I appreciate the creativity and Italian craftsmanship put into the design. Also, these are not clunky or heavy, in case you might be wondering. As for the fit? I feel it runs true to size and my feet are not narrow. These are flattering, even on a large foot and I'm so glad I gave them a second look and purchased them. The foot bed is noticeably well-padded, making these very comfortable to walk in. I would say that the arch support is actually a little better than moderate. Love these... Thank you Zappos!
