First off, you definitely want to follow the sizing recommendation and go a half size up from your non-Nike shoe size. I am an 8½ in all other flats and bought a 9 in these. Secondly, you should know that these shoes are not for people who want a lot of support in their footwear. These shoes are super minimal and great for people who are doing a lot of lifting or plyometrics and like the feel of a barefoot workout. I took these for a spin today, and while they were not totally comfortable out of the box, I think that was largely due to my not being used to such minimal support. I usually wear Nike free runners and these have significantly less cushion than those. After wearing them for a full training session, I can definitely say that they are worth a try for anyone who is drawn to things like five finger or other minimal training shoes but want a different look.

True to size in length, narrow in width - but there is a reason for this madness as the neoprene gently over the course of about 5 short wears basically moulds to your own foot. Hurt like hell till they conformed to my foot, but let me tell you they are groovy looking, they are now super comfortable but I wouldn't recommend them as I want to be the only one in the world with these shoes. Haha (evil laugh) Oops, almost forgot to mention that these compared to Nike Rift do not knock you out with your own foot odor when you take them off due to the different materials used with airflow properties.

I had previously purchased the first open market barefoot shoe and was marginally pleased with the results. I just received these today and I am blown away. I love the support in my heel and the ball of the foot. I took them for a test drive walk/run, just like any shoe it takes a bit to no longer feel every teeny difference in the shoe, but so far, I am in love. This shoe is exactly what I was looking for. Can't wait for my Zumba class tomorrow. This is going to be perfect for me for that type of exercise. If you need a barefoot feel with some support, this is the shoe for you. I have an average arch and the arch support is perfect for my foot type. I have an irregularly shaped foot and this type of toe design is also perfect. The 5 toe type of shoe is entirely too general, this takes that element away.

Needed a cute Reef shoe to wear in Fiji. Got these so I can exercise in them also. Very comfortable and served the purpose.

For me, this shoe was just not comfortable. It's a shame because I love the look of it. I felt like a ninja. A gym ninja. But the shoe wasn't flexible, which is a problem when there's very little padding or arch support. The netting material around the toes was also very inflexible and too tight for my toes. My feet were actually aching after a couple of hours, especially in the toes. Maybe I have strangely shaped feet, but I decided againstthese. Again, a real shame because they're really cute!

Big disappointment. Thought these would be more like the air rift (which, unfortunately, I don't like the air rift colors that have been made the past few years), but these are very stiff in comparison. Can't imagine doing much exercise in them. And after the first wear, just for a couple of hours, I had a blister on my inner heel. I don't look forward to wearing them again.

I just wore this shoe today for the first time. It was not what I thought it would be. The toe box is not deep enough. The edging above my pinky toe was cutting into my foot. This is not a great shoe. Nike needs to back to the drawing board with this shoe. I thought it would be like the Nike Rift (great shoe I must say).

This could have been such a great shoe if it had been designed with a little more arch support, a little more flexibility through the toe box and a better color selection. Contrary to what has been posted, the shoe does not run half a size small. I sized up and was swimming in it. I am not rebuying it in my size because for this price I can buy a more supportive shoe. The 'Nike Free' designation is also misleading because this shoe does not share anything with the other 'Nike Free' styles which I like.

I bought these shoes for the pure value of laziness. I love the Mary Jane look and the Velcro on and off was very attractive. Well the benefits of comfort and overall quality far exceeded my expectations. I would expect Nike to be great but these shoes I now own in all colors and wear to shop, walk the dog, my airport travel is now palatable I stuff them into my bag after I land or when I walk into a meeting. I love theses shoes!

Love them. First time I wore them they bothered my feet for about a half hour but after a good run and a little spinning they feel wonderful!

I wanted to love these glasses. I love the look in the picture and the color, of course! Once I tried these on I found they were too square at the bottom for my tastes. They are very nice glasses and I was tempted to keep them, but I really liked the fit and look of the Arnette Swingplate that I ended up keeping.
